GAHHH where do I even start with these two? Ben and Hannah are COUPLE GOALS- and I’m not just saying that. We met last year when I desperately needed a couple for my workshop in the redwoods. They reached out two days before and drove alllll the way to the Oregon California border and modeled for me. I had never met them prior to this and WOW we hit it off as soon as we met. Hannah is an incredible photographer and actually came to one of my workshops after the redwoods. Best part ever? WELLLLLL her (soon to be) fiancé Ben reached out to me and we were planning an EPIIIIC proposal at Yellow Lake, which is where I got married. So it’s a very special place to me. I was so excited to be in on this and watch it all unfold. I drove Hannah home from the workshop and we “needed to stop” to take some “head shots and product photos” how many quotation marks can I use in this? HAHA. It was everything you guys! Ben showed up- got on one knee and I DIED. It was perfection.

They immediately asked me to be their wedding photographer! Then we planned their engagement shoot. I still feel so lucky to be able to be the one to capture all these moments for such an incredible couple. We hiked all around sisters and the cascades stopping all along the trails, taking photos whenever we wanted. Ben and Hannah were so open to exploring and not really having a plan. We just went with it. And it truly couldn’t have gone better. We ended up at the TOP of the mountain, with not a single soul in sight. This was my dream shoot, with my dream couple. I cannot wait til their elopement next year in Iceland next year- yes you heard that right…ICELAND! I hope you enjoyed these images as much as I do!!!
