Cheers to one of the best days ever at FivePine Lodge!! Literally a day in Central Oregon is already going to be amazing, but we also had DUCKS, cutie cabins, the most epic sunset + the cutest vintage table dinner setup for 2. Kailea + Byram are truly the sweetest couple + this day was an absolute dream. ⁣

Ever since photographing these two, FivePine Lodge has become one of my all-time favorite Central Oregon wedding venues. Seriously y’all, there is NO way to not fall in love with this place – it’s surrounded by massive ponderosa pines and wildflowers, and offers so many incredible services to couples + their guests. Where is FivePine Lodge located?

FivePine Lodge is located in the town of Sisters in central Oregon, just 25 minutes from Bend and Redmond. It’s a super romantic destination in the middle of the central OR forest and makes for an amazing getaway, even if you’re from the Bend area and just want a weekend escape or you want to hold your wedding close enough that your friends & fam can travel to it! It’s secluded and private, situated amongst a large pine forest with over 30 cozy cabins, yet easily accessible from nearby towns. 

How much does it cost to stay at FivePine Lodge?

The cost to stay at FivePine Lodge totally depends on the season you visit, how many guests you have, what kind of cabin you want, and what additional amenities + activities you want to book!

The indoor lodge space for winter weddings is absolutely beautiful, or if it’s warm outside, you can celebrate next to the wildflower pond, under the massive Ponderosa pines. I always love recommending venues that have in-house catering, because that means there’s one less vendor for couples to worry about – and it makes your dining experience super smooth & easy! FivePine Catering places a focus on using local, quality, & sustainable ingredients in its dishes, bringing in food from local farmers and ranchers for the most delicious meals ever. When they say they offer a farm-to-table dining experience, they mean it literally! (Especially if you get a surprise visit from two special guests like Kailea + Byram did hahah)

FivePine Lodge Wedding Packages

FivePine Lodge offers a few different wedding packages to fit every couple’s needs – which is one of the reasons I love the venue so much. Every couple is able to totally customize the venue’s spaces to fit their unique wedding and to host their group size + create whatever type of wedding atmosphere they want. So if you’ve been asking “Okay Dawn, we love this venue – but how much does a wedding at FivePine Lodge cost?,” I’m about to give you all the answers!

FivePine Lodge Signature Wedding Package

The first package that the lodge offers is their Signature Wedding Package, which is perfect for larger weddings at the lodge. You can host up to 200 guests with this package no matter the season, and you’ll get full access to the event center, lawn, & patio for 11 hours on a Saturday. 

Here’s what’s included in the package:

• Tables + chairs for your reception
• FivePine catering (buffet dinner, drinks, linens, & napkins)
• Complimentary lodging for the couple the night of the wedding
• 10% discount on required lodging block for guests
• Service staff
• Bartender
• Cake cutting

The base package fee is determined by seasonal, per-person prices:

• June – October 2023:
  • 60-99 people: $175/person
  • 100+ people: $160/person
• November 2022 – May 2023:
  • 60-99 people: $150/person
  • 100+ people: $140/person
